Where is cacklespit in torchlight 2

So here is how Cacklespit's quest works: In the Swampy area in Act 3 you can find a bell, and put it on a bell stand. This calls Cacklespit, who has you go collect three items for him in the same area.

Once you collect them you can get the terrible boots or the poison, and he disappears. I accidentally drank the poison at once point it looks like a health potion and it does indeed kill you, but it has no impact on the quest or anything else. To get the second quest, you have to go back to town and talk to the racoon guys next to the enchanter I think and they tell you they heard you have trouble with Cacklespit, and give you the quest in the Ancient Battlegrounds.

You go light the two beacons, and the ghost carriage appears. Then he tells you to go get the four skulls Max, Erich, Dunbar and Russell - named after four of the developers and bring them back to him. Once you do that he takes you to Cacklespit's Realm, where you can kill him and complete the quest. Re: CackleSpits Brew, Questions Upon further scouting the internet for found spoilers or mentions of found spoilers I am now looking for the Minecraft dungeon, I mainly want to find this for my son as i am an outlander and I would not run through my game with crystal swords or whatever they are, he is an avid Minecraft enthusiast and I know if I shared stash the sword and screenshoted the dungeon with the creepers I will make hi day hes 10 I have been all up and down act 3 and I cannot find it.
